1. Product Condition and Warranty

• Product Condition: All products sold by Refurbiz LLC are used or refurbished unless explicitly stated otherwise. Due to the nature of used and refurbished items, products may display signs of previous use, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or other cosmetic wear. We strongly encourage customers to ask any questions necessary to fully understand the condition of a product before completing a purchase. • Warranty: Refurbiz LLC offers limited warranties ranging from 30 days to 12 months, depending on the product. The specific warranty period for each product is detailed on the product page. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover issues caused by improper use, unauthorized repairs, or modifications. 2. Return and Exchange Policy

• Return Policy: Customers may return products within the warranty period for repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue. All returns must be authorized by Refurbiz LLC and must include all original accessories, packaging, and documentation. The product must be returned in the condition it was received. Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refurbiz LLC does not cover return shipping fees under any circumstances.

3. Order Cancellation and Payment

• Order Cancellation: Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. If an order is canceled after shipment, it will be subject to our return policy. Refurbiz LLC reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, availability issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
