1. About Refurbiz LLC

Refurbiz LLC ("Refurbiz", "we", "us") is a Florida-based wholesale technology company specializing in refurbished and off-lease IT equipment. Our primary customers are resellers, importers, distributors, repair shops, and exporters.

These Terms and Conditions govern all transactions and business interactions between Refurbiz LLC and its customers.

2. No online sales

This website does not process online orders or payments. All product listings and catalog items shown on this website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute an offer for sale at any listed or implied price.

All purchases require a formal quote request, written confirmation from Refurbiz LLC, and payment by approved methods prior to shipment.

3. Quote requests and orders

Submitting a quote request through our website or by email does not constitute a binding order. An order is only confirmed when:

• Refurbiz LLC has issued a written quote or invoice
• The buyer has accepted the quote in writing (email is acceptable)
• Full payment has been received and cleared

Refurbiz LLC reserves the right to decline any order at its sole discretion.

4. Pricing

All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are valid for the period stated in the quote. Refurbiz LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing based on market conditions, inventory availability, or changes in shipping costs.

Prices shown on the website, if any, are indicative only and subject to change without notice.

5. Payment terms

Accepted payment methods:

• ACH bank transfer (preferred)
• Domestic or international wire transfer
• Other methods as agreed in writing prior to the transaction

Payment must be received in full before goods are released for shipment unless a separate credit arrangement has been agreed in writing. Refurbiz LLC does not accept credit cards, PayPal, or online payment platforms for wholesale orders.

Refurbiz LLC reserves the right to cancel any order where fraudulent payment activity is suspected, without obligation to the buyer.

6. Product grading and condition

All products are graded according to Refurbiz LLC's internal grading scale:

• Grade A — Minimal cosmetic wear, fully functional
• Grade B — Moderate cosmetic wear, fully functional
• Grade C — Heavy cosmetic wear, fully functional

Cosmetic grading is subjective and represents our good-faith assessment. Minor variations within a grade are normal and do not constitute a defect.

7. Warranty and as-is sales

Used / Tested-to-BIOS units are sold as-is with no warranty. These units have been tested to confirm basic functionality (boot and POST) but are not guaranteed beyond that. Buyers assume full responsibility upon receipt.

Professionally Refurbished / Refurbiz Certified units carry a limited warranty as specified in the applicable quote or invoice. Warranty coverage, duration, and claim procedures will be stated in writing at time of sale.

Refurbiz LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or resale of any product.

8. Shipping and export

Refurbiz LLC ships from Medley, Florida, USA. The buyer is responsible for:

• All shipping and freight costs unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in the destination country
• Compliance with all applicable import and export regulations in their country
• Obtaining any required import licenses or permits

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handover to the freight carrier. Refurbiz LLC is not liable for loss, damage, or delays that occur during transit.

9. Returns and disputes

All sales are final. Returns are accepted only in cases where:

• The product delivered does not match the grade or specification confirmed in the written quote
• The claim is made in writing within 5 business days of delivery
• Products are returned in the original condition as received, with documentation

Shipping and handling costs for returns are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refurbiz LLC is not responsible for issues arising from the buyer's handling, modification, or resale of products after delivery.

10. Fraud and buyer verification

Refurbiz LLC reserves the right to verify the identity and legitimacy of any buyer prior to processing an order. We may request business registration documents, references, or other verification at our discretion.

Any buyer found to have provided false information, engaged in fraudulent payment activity, or filed an unwarranted chargeback will be permanently banned from doing business with Refurbiz LLC and may be subject to legal action.

11. Intellectual property

All brand names, trademarks, and logos mentioned on this website (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Apple, etc.) are the property of their respective owners. Refurbiz LLC is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by any of these manufacturers.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Refurbiz LLC's total liability to any buyer shall not exceed the amount actually paid by that buyer for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim. Refurbiz LLC is not liable for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or any other indirect or consequential damages.

13. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes arising from transactions with Refurbiz LLC shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

14. Changes to these terms

Refurbiz LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version is always available at refurbiz.net/terms.html. Continued business with Refurbiz LLC after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
